Job Description: Sales Coordinator contributes to the BabyBjorn North America Team’s mission by supporting the Sales Team’s initiatives in line with the North America and Global Commercial Plans. The Sales Coordinator will report to the General Manager of North America.
Responsibilities: As our Sales Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our wholesale business, managing multiple tasks, analyzing data, supporting critical projects, and providing crucial support to the entire sales team. This role is perfect for an organized and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Sales Coordinator has the following responsibilities and duties:
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any risks or roadblocks.
- Assist General Manager with gathering feedback from the team on new product launches.
- Manage order processing portal which entails ensuring product catalog is up-todate and inventory is accurate.
- Ensure line sheets are updated when any edits or phase outs are made.
- Develop/execute product spotlight calendar for retail partners.
- Collect and provide sales data when needed to support the sales team.
- Own new item set-up process for retail partners including completing forms and preparing images to retailers’ specifications.
- Manage the processing and fulfillment of all sales and buyer-related sample requests.
- Provide on-site support at trade shows. Responsibilities would include assisting with booth set-up, interacting with prospective accounts, organizing leads, and supporting Account Managers with meeting prep.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams on events and activations where needed, including some travel
Requirements: Sales Coordinator should have the following skills, education, and experience:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent with a focus on Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting a sales team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with NuORDER is a plus.
- Working proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Located in the New York City area.
- Ability to travel as required to consumer and trade events.

This is a hybrid position working out of the NYC office 3X per week. The yearly salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000.
